Shipping & Deliveries Policy

  • Free shipping is available for orders of INR 1000 or more. Orders where free shipping applies, are not expedited. For orders that are lower than 1000/-, a convenience charge of Rs. 100 applies.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • We are committed to delivering products within 5-7 business days of the order being confirmed. If you’re ordering from a very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 10 days. Note: These time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings.
  • All items are shipped within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Shonaz, are committed to it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please call us on mail us at sales.dpt@shonaz[dor]in , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.

Cash on Deliveries (COD)

  • COD or cash on delivery facility is available on most pin codes across India.
  • We do not offer a try-and-buy at the time of delivery or an open box delivery.
  • You must first pay the courier partner prior to opening your parcel.
  • The courier partner cannot process an exchange or accept returns.
  • All returns and exchanges must to be routed through Customer Care.

    International Orders

    • .Delivery Time: Processing an international order takes 4 working days and delivery takes 9-18 days. Our logistic partner will deliver your order on time but in the event of any delays, please note that these are caused by events beyond our control.
    • Delivery charges: Shipping Charges are calculated and displayed at the point of Checkout. Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery. Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties & taxes to receive the shipment, Cottons Jaipur will not entertain a request for a Return or Refund. (NOTE – The term Working Days does not include National holidays, Sundays or Bank Holidays).

    Tracking Orders

    You may track your package at any given point in time.  As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 4 days of placing an order please contact us at sales.dpt@shonaz[dot]in.

    Out of Reach

    We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances, we will inform you within 3 working days. You will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address which is not in an ODZ.

    Delay in shipping

    Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons. (Refer ‘Events Beyond Our Control ‘ ).

    Cancellation of order due to delivery

    • Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 
    • On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.

    Sale Period

    Shipping charges of ₹100 on Pre-paid orders and ₹150 on COD orders will be applicable on all orders placed during the SALE period.
